FAQs

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and it's a challenge finding one available). With a freelance designer, you have the flexibility to work with a contractor while cutting expenses.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just within 5 business days. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Who are the designers?
You'll work directly with me, Jesus Marquez, founder of JayPulse.
What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Adobe Creative Applications (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere), as well as Figma and Webflow for Web Design.
How do I request designs?
JayPulse offers the option of using Trello in order to request designs or share creative briefs. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Once a client has read through a proposal and has signed off, a refund will not be issued.
